What is the delivery time for my order?
Orders worden in België en Nederland geleverd binnen 1 tot 2 werkdagen. Voor de rest van Europa geldt een levertijd van 3 tot 5 werkdagen.
Zijn er verzendkosten?
Voor leveringen binnen België en Nederland zijn de verzendkosten €4,95 en gratis voor bestellingen vanaf €100.

Can I return my order?
It is possible to return your order within 14 days. Please note: you can only return unopened packages. You can request your return via the following link
If you want to return an already opened package, you must first contact our customer service via info@bbody.eu
Can I return the juices I ordered?
It is not possible to return the juices. Our fresh juices can spoil in the presence of heat or direct exposure to the sun. Since we cannot control whether the juices have been mishandled after delivery, they can no longer be marketed. For this reason, there is no right of withdrawal possible with regard to fresh juices.
